So, I smacked on some music, brewed some chai and finished configuring email and stuff.
Thanks to her bosses, I’m able to send this mail to you.
Sorry about the delay/gap, ok?
It was one of those things where the gap was long – and kept getting longer till it was too awkward to say hello.
But there’s a reason I wanted to send this mail out today: I figured something out.
I was figuring out what the hell am I going in terms of my next couple of years.
I honestly thought that branding, copywriting and messaging was the bomb – and that’s what I’d want to be doing for years and years.
But, tbh, I love it, but it’s not suited for my life vision. It felt… hollow/laid back.
After grinding on Twitter, I realized that I love to work on projects that offer rapid feedback and a chance to iterate.
That’s probably why I like Twitter so much.
That’s also why…
I’ve pivoted to helping people use gamification to hit personal & business goals.
Been a gamer for 30+ years now and been building gamified stuff since 2007 – so this seemed like a logical shift.
So, yea – this mail was to let you know that I did the pivot and all through August, I’ll be sending out daily threads on my twitter handle too.
I’m excited macha. Gamification’s a ton of fun!
