So, Are we starting our own Fight Club?

There’s something about a rainy, cloudy, 4pm mind-state that makes me do whatever I can to avoid working.

Like making tea. Done.

Like cleaning up the hall. Done.

Like figuring out a new way to hang my hats and headphones. Done.

And now that I’m done with all that procrastination, it’s 4:14pm now – and I’m writing this email to tell you 2 things:

First, we’re 7 members strong!

(҂◡̀_◡́)ᕤ

Big bear hug and secret guild salute to the two new folks who joined us!

We’re a small community – for now, but I’m pretty sure that we’re gonna grow and multiply and soon, we’ll be everywhere – kinda like Project Mayhem in Fight Club (but with better uniforms and a better mission!)

The second thing is that yesterday, I wrote a beast of a thread on how to gamify something yesterday.

This is the exact process I use to gamify experiences for clients.

And.. guess what – I discovered that IDEO – the world famous design agency – uses a similar process!

That felt like a sucker punch at first, and then, a few months passed and I was like.. meh.. cool.. I’m as good as the folks at IDEO! XD

Anyway, there’s one last thing:

I’m looking for experiences to gamify.

So, if you have something that you would love to see gamified, reply to this mail, and let me know what it is, will ya? I’m planning to gamify running for a friend, some Twitter writing and growth for visibility and working out for myself.

Would love to make something for you too!

Wokay.

Talk tomorrow, mate.

With love from Bengaluru, this is Arvindh saying over and out.
