1. No Cancellations
- Once a client engages our services, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing the scope and terms of services before making a payment.
2. No Refunds
- Austerium Ventures does not offer refunds for any services, including but not limited to consulting, coaching, game design, and courses.
- Refund requests will not be entertained, regardless of the reason.
3. Legal Compliance
- This policy complies with Indian law regarding cancellations and refunds.
- Any disputes related to cancellations or refunds will be governed by Indian law and resolved through legal action where necessary.
