Not a brief. Rough answers are plenty. But if you have these, the first conversation gets very good, very fast:
- What behaviour or capability gap is actually costing you right now?
- Who's in the room, and what is their world like?
- Six months after the session, what is visibly different?
Everything else we figure out together. And if a game is the wrong answer for you, I will say so - I would rather tell you that than sell you a day.
