How To Build A Profitable Business with The Game Plan

Hey !

Sorry about not sending an email yesterday – I was hurling my guts out after a particularly vicious bout of food poisoning.

(×_×)

We wrapped up The Live Email Course last week with a bunch of case studies and an overview of each element of The Put The Player First Canvas.

But what next?

One way is to use The Explosive Questions.

But, a more powerful use of for the document is to use it like a game plan to build a profitable business.

That’s also why I’m renaming The Put The Player First Canvas as The Game Plan!

Here’s how you do it:

  1. Fill out The Game Plan.
  2. For each entry in The Game Plan, list out all the assumptions you have made.
  3. Convert your assumptions into hypotheses.
  4. Test your hypotheses using experiments.
  5. Update The Game Plan to match what your experiments teach you.
  6. Repeat until you have a profitable business!

Pretty simple right?

It is.

If this the kind of thing that interests you, click the button below – and later, when I’m launching the next cohort of my CBC ‘How To Make Products Your Customers Want’, I’ll inform you specifically.

I’m interested in the CBC course!

In tomorrow’s mail, I’ll record my first video for you. (Finally got Descript & OBS working properly!)

Wish me luck!

With love from Bengaluru, this is Arvindh saying over and out.

P.s. I’m really sorry for dropping the ball on the email yesterday. Like I said, I write all these emails fressh before I send them to you – typos and all!
